The design of Jaclyn 40 is created with sustainable materials.
During the construction and design process, we use materials low in volatile organic compounds (VOC).
It contains zero to minimal harmful toxins, is virtually odor and off-gassing free.
And, it is considered non-hazardous waste which helps reduce groundwater and ozone depleting containments.
Our usage of Low-Flow water fixtures conserve water by using a high-pressure technique to produce a strong or equal flow of water by using less of the average amount compared to other fixtures.
LED light bulbs are used throughout our property. They are safer to use, having a lower temperature than incandescent lights, which reduces the risk of combustion. They are made with epoxy lenses, not glass, which is more resistant to breakage.
These light bulbs last longer and are easier to install compared to an incandescent bulb.
There are multiple sustainable products used to build this property.
We just wanted to name a few!
Sustainable materials and fixtures have a major role towards obtaining any type of “Green Certification”.
